Similar to other Pd complexes, PdCl2(dppf) can effectively catalyze the cross-coupling reaction between halogenated olefins, halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons, or trifluoromethane sulfonic aromatic hydrocarbons and Grignard reagents, to achieve the formation of carbon-carbon bonds.
