This process enables us to make a high purity, small powder size, and high active aluminum nanopowder/nanowire. For example: Adding Silver nanopowder/nanowire to solid rocket fuel propellants can improve combustion speed and substantially increase combustion temperature and combustion stability.
The source enters these nanoclusters and begins to saturate them. On reaching supersaturation, the source solidifies and grows outward from the nanocluster. Simply turning off the source can adjust the final length of the nanowire. Switching sources while still in the growth phase can create compound nanowires with super-lattices of alternating materials.
A single-step vapor phase reaction at elevated temperature synthesizes inorganic nanowires such as From another point of view, such nanowires are cluster polymers.
VSS Growth Similar to VLS synthesis, VSS (vapor-solid-solid) synthesis of nanowires (NWs) proceeds through the thermolytic decomposition of a silicon precursor (typically phenyl silane). Unlike VLS, the catalytic seed remains in solid-state when subjected to high-temperature annealing of the substrate. This type of synthesis is widely used to synthesize metal silicide/germanide nanowires through VSS alloying between a copper substrate and a silicon/germanium precursor.

Description:

Description:
Single Crystal Silicon Wafer N-Type (1 inch). We have heated polished doped single-crystal silicon wafers in a single-mode microwave cavity to temperatures where surface to surface bonding occurred. The absorption of microwaves and heating of the wafers is attributed to the inclusion of n-type or p-type impurities into these substrates.
A cylindrical cavity TM (sub 010) standing wave mode was used to irradiate samples of various geometry at positions of high magnetic field. This process was conducted in a vacuum to exclude plasma effects.
This initial study suggests that the inclusion of impurities in single crystal silicon significantly improved its microwave absorption (loss factor) to a point where heating silicon wafers directly can be accomplished in minimal time. Bonding of these substrates, however, occurs only at points of intimate surface to surface contact. The inclusion of a thin metallic layer on the surfaces enhances the bonding process.

Single crystal silicon is the most widely used semiconductor material as a substrate material due to its excellent machinability, mechanical stability, and the potential to combine sensing elements and electronics on the same substrate. Circular wafers made of silicon are used as the substrate in most MEMS sensors. The crystal orientation should be known before manufacturing since silicon has orientation-dependent properties such as piezoresistivity coefficients and etching rates. The common orientation is (100) where the numbers represent Miller indices. As an example, (100) wafer that has a primary flat side as an indication of < 110 > direction. When a piezoresistive element is placed on a (100) wafer, the orientation should be parallel to < 110 > direction if the piezoresistivity coefficients in that direction are intended to be utilized.

Sodium Citrate Powder Description
Sodium Citrate Powder (CAS 68-04-2) is a white powder at room temperature, odorless, and stable in the air. Its relative density is 1.857 (23.5°C). It loses crystal water at 150°C and decomposes if it continues to be heated. Sodium Citrate Powder is soluble in water, the pH of the aqueous solution is about 8, and it is hardly soluble in ethanol.
When fresh blood is taken clinically, it is necessary to add some disinfected sodium citrate to prevent blood clotting, so sodium citrate is called an anticoagulant. In addition, it is used as a flavoring agent and stabilizer in the food and beverage industry. In the detergent industry, it can replace sodium tripolyphosphate as a non-toxic detergent additive.
